In close collaboration with the IKEA team we created a in-store experience that can be customized to the different store formats.

Challenge
How can we support the customers in through digital in the different IKEA store formats.

Solution
Customers had challenges to finding directions, products and how to to continue their shopping journey when a item is out of stock.

We created Upptäcka as a self serving kiosk solution that could adjust to the store format and location without losing it’s key functionalty to find and localize products in the store.

To continue supporting the customers on their path to purchase we created a easy to use handover towards mobile.
