Brief
TwentyThree Webinars is a browser-based production and lead handling toolkit for planning and hosting webinars. The product had already gone through several iterations by the time I joined in 2024, but the overarching goal has always been to make it accessible to new users and to give producers a wide range of tools to make engaging and effective webinars.

Outcome
As Head of Design, I worked closely with the product team to design and implement features across three major releases. These covered the whole range of webinar production, from overhauling registration templates to making it easier to create clips from recordings.

Version 5 and the introduction of WebinarTray, a dynamic production plan in the platform, required a major redesign of the webinar “room”.

Above, you can see examples of the features I worked on between Webinars versions 4 to 6. These include: Webinar Tray, Focus mode, Webinar Series, Webinar Templates, Chat, ActionCards, Mixed Mode, Registration Templates, and more.
